LGBTQIA+ affirming. Trauma-aware. Educational content (not medical advice). 18+.
Nothing is wrong with you. Your body is doing its job.
If bottoming has felt uncomfortable, inconsistent, or stressful, it doesn’t mean you’re broken — it usually means your body is doing what it’s designed to do: protect you. Tightness, clenching, numbness, or anxiety can be signs of a nervous system that’s on high alert, a pelvic floor that’s guarding, or a pace that hasn’t felt safe (physically or emotionally). This program is a private, LGBTQIA+ affirming, trauma-aware way to learn what’s happening in your body and build comfort and confidence gradually — with anatomy-based education, nervous system tools, and step-by-step exercises you can progress through at your own pace.
This course is for you, if:
You want to bottom with less discomfort and more confidence
You feel tight/guarded and don’t know how to change it safely
You want practical anatomy + a step-by-step plan
You want a private, self-paced approach
What Bottom Mastery actually is
Education + body skills + graded exercises
Not a replacement for individual medical care
Designed to reduce risk and improve comfort through pacing, consent, nervous system regulation, and pelvic floor function

Created by Dr Rusty Gaddes
Osteopath | BAppSc (Human Anatomy), Master of Osteopathy
Bottom Mastery was created by Dr Rusty Gaddes — an osteopath with a nervous system–informed, trauma-aware approach to the body. My work blends hands-on clinical experience with tools that support regulation, safety.
When I was learning to bottom, there weren’t many supportive resources — mostly just friends trying to figure it out for themselves. When I went online, I found advice that was either vague, overly intense, or shaped by porn in a way that didn’t feel realistic, shame-free, or body-safe. I ended up pushing too hard and getting stuck in cycles of tension and frustration — and I learned that comfort and safety aren’t about “toughening up.” They’re about understanding anatomy, arousal, the nervous system, and pacing.
That’s why I created Bottom Mastery: a 12-week, step-by-step program that teaches what’s happening in your body and helps you build comfort and confidence gradually, at your own pace.
SomaFlow Osteopathy is LGBTQIA+ affirming and trauma-aware. You don’t need to look a certain way, identify a certain way, or have a certain level of experience to belong here — this course was designed with queer communities in mind, and it’s open to anyone who resonates with the approach.
