  • All records are stored securely in Splose, our clinic management software.

  • Records are retained for 7 years from the date of your last treatment, in line with AHPRA/National Law requirements.

  • Access is limited to authorised personnel only.

  • Necessary to prevent a serious threat to your health or safety

  • Required by AHPRA or other regulatory bodies

Where disclosure occurs, it will be limited to the minimum information necessary.
